INTRODUCTION

IT'S YOUR JOURNEY. YOUR WORKOUT.

METABOLIC IS MORE THAN JUST A "GYM". IT IS A COMMNITY OF DIVERSE PEOPLE WHO ARE ALL AFTER THE COMMON GOAL OF SELF-IMPROVEMENT. FROM RELIEVING STRESS, TO SHEDDING BODY FAT TO BUILDING MUSCLE, METABOLIC HAS AN APPROACH FOR EVERYONE WHO WALKS THROUGH OUR DOORS. THIS IS YOUR BODY, YOUR LIFE, AND ULTIMATELY, YOUR WORKOUT. WE ARE METABOLIC.

STARTING IS THE HARDEST PART

Our coaches tailor the workout to your individual needs. We'll focus on your form, and make sure that you start & progress at a rate that is safe & effective. Come hydrated and bring water & a small towel to keep yourself comfortable during the workout. You will be a little sore over the next few days, but that's ok... the best thing you can do is come again tomorrow!

THE RESULTS ARE SHOWING

After your first few weeks of consistently attended classes, you'll notice that you are able to complete a workout with fewer breaks. Your coach will likely provide you with heavier loads now that your cardiovascular conditioning has improved, and your body can more efficiently go "bell to bell". You will likely notice your clothing fitting better, even if you haven't yet divided into our macro nutritional coaching program.

BRING ON THE CHALLENGES

Muscle soreness still occurs even after 60 days of training, but it is less noticeable and part of the fun! The feeling of gaining strength has become familiar as you look to set new "PR's" on our indicator lifts during each class. By this point, you've likely made friends with other members of our community, and look forward to seeing familiar faces each day.
